A new beginning:
Following the acquisition of O-Bit Telecom by the Daisy Group PLC in February 2011, O-Bit CEO David Breith has combined forces with his previous O-Bit Managing Director Jenny Herd, Finance Director Neil Dumoulin and Operations Director Owen Marks to create EpicCo Ltd.
With a combined fifty years worth of telecoms knowledge and diverse experience at hand, Breith decided to retain ownership of a number of entities previously part of the O-bit group and subsequently management has since been transferred to EpicCo Ltd.
As such, in partnership with Lee Campion, formally of BT Agile Media, EpicCo take the reins from O-Bit to support Premium O in establishing it as a forerunner within the interactive communications industry.
